FAQ

Common questions

What’s the turnaround time? +

Usual turnaround is 24 hours, subject to our working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We’re closed on Malaysian public holidays.

Are revisions really unlimited? +

Yes, genuinely unlimited. That said, going back and forth on one request will queue up your other requests, so clear, complete briefs get you faster turnarounds.

What’s excluded from the subscription? +

Anything not listed under your plan isn’t included by default, just check with your account manager if you’re unsure.

Can I pause or cancel anytime? +

You can’t pause a subscription, but you can cancel anytime. Each billing cycle runs a full month date-to-date (e.g. 17 March – 16 April).

What file formats do I get? +

All standard formats, JPG, PNG and more, plus editable source files like Canva, PSD and AI.
